Additional responsibilities will include collaboration with colleagues across various areas of the department and overseeing and maintaining the sound inventory for our production venues. Position details: The Department of Theatre & Film at The University of Mississippi invites applications for a staff Sound Designer beginning Fall 2026. A bachelor’s degree in theatrical design/technology, or a related field, as well as two years of experience related to the position is preferred for this full-time twelve-month position. Job Responsibilities: Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
