Quick Facts:

• Location: Las Vegas, NV (Mountain View Hospital & Southern Hills Hospital)
• Start Date: Immediate or upon agreement
• Duration: Full-time ongoing role
• Shift: On call and weekend schedules to be discussed
• Hours/week: Varies based on schedule
• Employment Type: Permanent position
• License/Certs: Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Experience: New Fellow graduates welcome; prior neonatology experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $250,000 for new graduates; increases with experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level neonatology care to neonates in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize advanced neonatal equipment including high-frequency ventilators, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
• Participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate results and treatment plans effectively with families and team members
• Support pediatric surgical and subspecialty consultations

What You Need:

• Valid medical license and certification to practice neonatology in Nevada
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• 0+ years of experience; new fellows are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
