What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
• Conduct daily rounds, participate in patient management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize advanced neonatal procedures such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling
• Serve as a clinical instructor for Mercer Medical School students
• Contribute to a hospital designated as a Level-I trauma center and regional perinatal/neonatal care center
• Participate in on-call rotations, working from home every other night
• Support high-quality neonatal care in a busy, patient-centered environment

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical license in Georgia
• Prior Neonatology experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred:

• Experience with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, brain cooling
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Commitment to excellence in neonatal care
