Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $650,000 annually (equivalent to $1.00/hr)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $25,000 annual quality incentive bonus
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous PTO (224 hours) plus 40 hours NJ sick leave; CME days (5) and CME allowance ($4,500); relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
• Other Perks: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit; licensure, certification, travel, and incidental reimbursements; public service loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized maternal-fetal consultative services in outpatient clinics at Pomona and Atlantic City locations
• Collaborate with obstetric and neonatal teams within a Level III NICU
• Support inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth
• Participate in rotating call shifts, including nights and weekends
• Use Cerner EMR for documentation and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting
• Contribute to postpartum management and remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients
• Work alongside a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff in a dynamic environment

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• NJ medical license or eligibility
• Minimum of 3 years of fetal medicine experience
• Skilled in ultrasound and fetal assessment technologies

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital setting with Level III NICU
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
