We are looking for multiple Supermarket Managers to join our team!

Here at El Molino Supermarket we value and recognize hard work, quality service, and the effort of the employee. If you're interested in helping be part of this team we are looking for 5 experienced Supermarket Managers!

Responsibilities

• Supervise a department we will determine based on your skillset.
• Coordinate and execute events and activities that the company wishes to host at the store.
• Organize and plan your team's hours, making weekly schedules and filling missing slots.
• Maintain communication between administration, store staff, and customers.
• Be able to keep the peace and maintain store operations during busy business hours.
• Be able to act in the moment when under high pressure situations.
• Keep a positive environment and motivate your team when conflict arises.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in the service industry (Preferred)
• Management/supervisor experience in restaurants, cafes, or supermarkets.
• Familiarity with the food industry and a problem solving mentality.
• Ability to move boxes of supplies around.
• 3 references upon request.
• Fluent Spanish (required)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required)
