In this role, you'll help promote each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth by:Assisting with individualized therapy activities and classroom/lesson preparationSupporting clients during group therapy rotationsCollaborating daily with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workersHelping maintain a positive, engaging, play-based learning environmentCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $20-21/hourHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + Life & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive PTO and Holiday Allowances401(k) with Employer ContributionsContinuing Education (CEU) ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramSchedule & LocationHours: Monday–Friday, 7:45am - 3:15pmLocation: 3319 N.
