You'll work closely with a lead installer and site supervisor and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and up to Tacheny standards.This is a hands-on, full-time position with opportunities for training, advancement, and year-round employment.Duties/Responsibilities:Assist in the installation of roofing, siding, windows & doors, soffit & fasciaLoad and unload tools, materials, and equipmentFollow safety protocols and job site proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport quality control through proper installation techniquesCommunicate clearly and respectfully with crew leads and customersParticipate in training and development sessions to grow technical skillsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Compensation:Pay Range: $23-$30 per hour, based on experience.Benefits:Health w/HSADentalVisionShort and Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceAccident InsuranceCritical Illness Insurance401k w/match3 weeks of PTO7 Paid HolidaysRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required.Basic knowledge of hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseStrong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detailPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.All offers of employment are contingent on a background check.
