DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Developer in Armonk, NY.Summary:We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Copado to design, develop, and support innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations and drive business efficiency. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the Salesforce platform.Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud and Agentforce capabilities* Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools* Configure and enhance Service Cloud functionality, including: Case Management; Omni-Channel Routing; Knowledge Management; Service Console; Entitlements and Milestones; Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case* Develop and implement Agentforce AI agents to automate customer interactions, service processes, and agent productivity* Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures* Utilize Copado for source control, CI/CD pipeline management, release management, and deployment automation* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives* Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements and optimization* Collaborate with Architects and Administrators to ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards* Perform code reviews, documentation, and technical design reviews* Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across Salesforce implementationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience* 4+ years of Salesforce development experience* Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud; Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Salesforce Flows; REST/SOAP APIs; Salesforce Security Model* Experience implementing and supporting Agentforce solutions* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments* Experience with Copado DevOps and release management processes* Knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies and CI/CD best practices* Strong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:* Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification* Salesforce AI Specialist or Agentforce-related Certifications* Copado Fundamentals or Copado Administrator Certification* Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud* Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, or ServiceNow* Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce environmentsJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $70
