About the job Public Relations Assistant - Entry Level


We're hiring Public Relations Assistants to support public-facing campaigns, community events, promotional initiatives, and outreach programs. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating in person, representing organizations, and working as part of a team .

No previous public relations, communications, marketing, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the role and build professional skills.

What You'll Do

• Represent organizations, campaigns, and community initiatives at live events and public locations
• Communicate directly with customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide information about programs, services, campaigns, and community initiatives
• Answer questions and help the public understand campaign information
• Support face-to-face public relations and community outreach activities
• Assist with event booths, informational displays, registrations, and presentations
• Help create positive and professional interactions with members of the public
• Participate in promotional events, community activities, and public awareness campaigns
• Build professional relationships through effective communication and engagement
• Work with team members to support daily outreach and engagement goals
• Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
