Centria Healthcare is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support. Whether you're experienced in home care or just beginning your journey in the healthcare field, this is your chance to join a mission-driven organization that values care, compassion, and community.
Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and case needs. Flexible schedules and weekly pay.
Centria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You'll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs.
CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred. Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired. Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks. Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs. Comfortable working in a private home setting. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow all care protocols. Ability to address minor medical concerns as they arise.
Documentation Requirements: To be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following: Valid Driver's License, Current CPR Certification, Clear Background Check, Negative TB Test Results, Proof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy).
