Personal Assistant

A private UHNW family is seeking a highly capable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established, well-run role and take ownership of the day-to-day personal and household responsibilities, ensuring everything continues to run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Operations.
• Manage household shopping, stocking, and errands.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain children's areas and supplies.
• Assist with decorating, seasonal projects, and household improvements.
• Coordinate events, celebrations, and logistics, including kids' birthdays and parties.
• Manage gifting from sourcing and purchasing through wrapping and delivery. Track details, deadlines, and ongoing household needs while coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Ideal Candidate:

• A polished, resourceful, and highly organized Personal Assistant or Household Assistant with real taste and an eye for presentation and detail. Comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities with minimal direction, and confident taking ownership and making decisions independently. A warm, service-oriented personality and genuine love of working in a family, kid-friendly environment are essential.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree from a prestigious school
• Previous experience in a private home required
• Design, interior, or decor experience a strong plus
• Experience planning and executing events, especially for children
• Advanced calendaring and software skills
• Car required and valid driver's license needed for travel between properties
