Manage and organize case files, making sure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate with clients and other parties to schedule meetings and court appearances. Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, maintaining a professional and supportive tone. Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all legal documents and filings. As a paralegal, you will have daily communication with injured workers both in writing and by phone. For many of the clients, you will be their primary point of contact and, often, their lifeline through a difficult time.
