What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Deliver comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services
• Participate in scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification (preferred)
• Experience working in a NICU or neonatal care setting
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills

Preferred:

• Prior NICU or high-acuity neonatal experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
