Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced marketing team by managing projects within Asana . This role is less about owning marketing campaigns and more about ensuring projects stay organized, timelines remain accurate, and teams are aligned from kickoff through completion.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain marketing projects in Asana from intake through completion.
• Build project plans, assign tasks, establish timelines, and keep projects organized.
• Attend weekly team meetings and sprint meetings, translating discussions into actionable project updates.
• Adjust project timelines and workflows as priorities change (i.e., speaker changes, deadline shifts, project delays).
• Monitor project progress, send reminders on overdue tasks, and help keep the team on schedule.
• Troubleshoot project workflows and update existing project plans based on stakeholder feedback.
• Track team availability, including vacations and resource planning.
• Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure projects remain accurate and up to date.

Ideal Background

• 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Asana is required (must have built and managed projects within the platform).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to translate meeting discussions into actionable project updates.

This is a W2-based contract, fully remote with 35-40 hours a week. This will pay $25-$30/hr. LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits. For details, visit
