Marketing & Communications Intern

Quadrus Corporation provides expert Multidisciplinary Engineering, Consulting, and Staff Augmentation to complex defense, space, and commercial projects. In business since 1995, we have served the US Army, NASA, school systems, nonprofits, and commercial customers with a solid track record of delivering requirements on time, on budget, and with zero defects.

Quadrus Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Intern to join our Corporate Development team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in Marketing.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Ensure all marketing content aligns with the Quadrus Corporation brand standards.
• Help maintain and organize the company's marketing asset library, including logos, photos, videos, and templates.

Social Media Management

• Create engaging graphics, videos, and promotional posts that showcase products, capabilities, company culture, and industry events.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with content recommendations to increase brand awareness.

Content Creation

• Assist in developing product marketing materials that clearly communicate features, benefits, and applications.
• Support photography and videography efforts for products and company events.

Website Support

• Assist with updating website content, images, downloadable resources, and product information.

Event & Trade Show Coordination

• Assist with planning and preparing for trade shows, conferences, recruiting events, and customer demonstrations.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, booth displays, signage, and event logistics.
• Help organize event schedules, registration materials, and post-event marketing follow-up.

Graphic Design

• Design professional marketing graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Edit photos and videos for use across digital and print marketing campaigns.

Marketing Operations

• Maintain marketing calendars and assist with campaign scheduling.
• Organize and inventory promotional items and branded merchandise.
• Conduct quality reviews of marketing materials for grammar, formatting, and consistency.

Market & Industry Research

• Research industry trends, competitor marketing, and emerging technologies to support marketing initiatives.
• Gather information on upcoming trade shows, conferences, sponsorship opportunities, and industry events.
• Compile research findings into reports or presentations for the marketing team.

Required Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred to be currently entering sophomore or junior year of college.

Other Requirements

• Residing in HUBZone is a plus
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to work minimum of 20 hours per week
