About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $27 per hour
Schedule: Day shift with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Home time: Home daily
Employment type: Temp-to-perm
Start date: August 24, 2026

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Freight: Steel
Equipment: Flatbed equipment with automatic transmission
Handling: Strapping only; no tarping required

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL A flatbed equipment on local routes.
Transport steel in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
Secure loads using straps and perform required handling tasks.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
4 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
