Part-Time Licensed Esthetician

SkinFusion Integrated Aesthetics is looking for a part-time Licensed Esthetician to join our medical aesthetics team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, professional, and eager to grow—not only as an esthetician, but as part of a collaborative aesthetics practice.

This position will initially be a mix of providing aesthetic services and supporting our front desk/guest experience team while you build your treatment schedule. As your clientele grows, the role has the opportunity to become increasingly treatment-focused.

Services You'll Provide

Initial services will include:

DiamondGlow®

Customized spa facials

Lash lifts and tints

Brow laminations and tints

Facial waxing

Additional services may be added as your skills, certifications, and clientele grow.

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Hold a current esthetics license

Have strong consultation and communication skills

Are passionate about skin health and professional skincare

Genuinely enjoy connecting with clients and building relationships

Are motivated to actively build and retain your own clientele

Are comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products

Are friendly, cheerful, professional, and dependable

Are flexible and willing to help wherever the clinic and your teammates need you

Enjoy working as part of a team

Are eager to learn and continue developing your aesthetic skills

Are comfortable with or interested in social media and creating content

Experience Is a Plus

Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:

DiamondGlow® • Dermaplaning • Lasers/energy-based treatments • SkinMedica® • SkinCeuticals® • Jane Iredale • Circadia

Front Desk & Guest Experience

While building your treatment schedule, you'll also help support the client experience by greeting clients, answering phones, assisting with scheduling, checkout and rebooking, product recommendations, and other day-to-day clinic needs.

We're looking for a team player who is willing to jump in; not someone who only wants to be in the treatment room.

Compensation & Growth

Hourly base pay + gratuity

Commission based on individual and team retail product sales
