They work closely with clients to implement, optimize, and enhance their Epic system, translating billing needs into functional requirements.


Key Responsibilities of an Epic Billing Consultant:

• Implementation Support:

Assist with the implementation of Epic's Resolute billing module, ensuring it aligns with the client's specific needs and workflows.

• System Optimization:

Continuously improve and optimize the Epic system to enhance billing processes, including data integrity and claims processing.

• Training and Support:

Provide training and support to users on the use of Epic's billing module, addressing their questions and resolving issues.

• Problem Solving:

Diagnose and resolve problems related to billing, coding, and claims processing within the Epic system.

• Collaboration:

Collaborate with other Epic consultants, IT staff, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and workflow.

• Expert-Level Support:

Provide expert-level support to ensure the successful operation of the Epic Resolute billing module, translating business needs into functional requirements.

• Data Analysis:

Analyze billing data and identify areas for improvement in claims processing, coding, and reimbursement.

• Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant billing regulations and guidelines.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management:
