What You’ll Do:
As a member of out team, you will be the first contact with our customers working off pre-set appointments. In addition, you will:
Ensure a quality, timely, customer experience for our customers by explaining the full product line, features and functions.
Ability to work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customer.
Must be comfortable working in a team environment, and willing to work independently when needed.
Must be able to understand and explain contract details to customers. Be neat and organized when filling paperwork and sensitive information.
Reports trends, issues and feedback learned from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
What it Takes
Eligible candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customers questions.
Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 15-30 lbs
Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance. Hours for this job include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possesses basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 to $3,400 per month
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
