Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Production Operator to support safe, efficient cheese and dairy ingredient production in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment, follow recipes and production schedules, and perform routine quality checks on cheese, whey, and ingredients. You’ll uphold strict safety, GMP, and sanitation standards while accurately recording production data.
