Providing one-on-one virtual coaching, the full-time Certified Health Coach will support members in their health journeys, optimize engagement through skill-building and behavior change, and manage member expectations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide a human touch to the digital recovery experience for members Support members' journeys by reinforcing skill-building and behavior change Monitor member pathway dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs) Required qualifications Current NBC-HWC designation and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a health coach Minimum of a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience Experience with behavior change or chronic disease management preferred Knowledge of integrative, science- and evidence-based coaching techniques Commitment to maintaining certification and continuing education requirements
