HHM Talent is assisting a client search for an Automotive Controller in Daphne, Alabama. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily accounting functions including AP, AR, billing, cash management, and month-end close Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations Manage and mentor the accounting team Monitor and enforce internal controls across all stores Partner with department managers and the GM on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Maintain compliance with manufacturer, lender, and audit requirements Prepare and submit factory statements, sales tax, and other required filings Assist with year-end audits, cost reviews, and operational improvements Support leadership with KPIs, reporting dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis Qualifications: MUST have experience as an Automotive Controller Strong understanding of dealership accounting schedules and reconciliations Proficient in CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, or similar DMS Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr HHM Talent
