We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Biller to join our accounting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring vehicle sales are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the fast-paced operations of one of the region's leading automotive groups. Duties & Responsibilities Bill all new and used vehicle deals and post transactions accurately into accounting. Receipt and process all monies received for new and used vehicle sales. Review and organize deal paperwork to ensure completeness and compliance. Process payoff checks for trade-ins and submit to the appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner. Generate and maintain salesperson commission reports, including tracking commissions on hold. Process new vehicle title work and route used vehicle title work to the Tag & Title Clerk once deals are funded. Work collaboratively with management, sales teams, lenders, and coworkers to ensure smooth deal processing. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and accounting standards. Provide professional and courteous communication with internal and external partners. Perform additional duties and support functions as assigned. Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional evening or weekend hours may be required based on business needs. Qualifications Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment. 6+ months as dealership biller preferred. Basic working knowledge of accounting.
