Job Description We are looking for candidates that are hardworking, act with integrity and bring a positive attitude everyday. You do not have to have commercial transportation experience to join. We have additional training processes in place to help you learn and a leadership team that is engaged in your success. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn. Our delivery drivers are eligible for the following benefits: $22.75 - $25.00 per hour Overtime Pay of 1.5x your base wage Paid Time Off 401k with employer match Medical, Dental and Vision coverage (Best benefits in the region) Free snacks and food (focus on healthy versus junk food) Free uniform, including a free pair of work shoes worth up to $125 Tuition Reimbursement Delivery Driver Shifts: We work 10 hour shifts. We ask our delivery drivers to work at least one weekend day. We do our best to accommodate our employees preferences when creating your work schedule. Delivery Driver Basic Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Must be at least 21 years of age Clean driving record· Ability to handle physical workload· Deadline-oriented· Available on weekends· Tech savvy, self-motivated individuals Qualifications Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
