To support production teams, the full-time remote 3D Environment Artist will create high-quality 3D environment art, manage asset integration in Unreal Engine, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to workflow improvements. Key responsibilities Create high-quality 3D environment art, props, and materials across various visual styles Build and integrate assets in Unreal Engine, ensuring technical and artistic standards are met Provide constructive feedback on artwork and assist in maintaining visual consistency across projects Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Environment Artist or similar role in games or real-time production Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality environment art and world-building capabilities Professional experience with Unreal Engine and common production tools such as Maya and Substance Painter Solid understanding of the full environment art pipeline, including modeling, texturing, and optimization Ability to adapt to different visual styles and effectively communicate feedback and direction
