With decades of excellence behind us and a growth-focused future ahead, we take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for our customers and team members alike.We are looking for 1099 subcontractor crew members who are motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required.Basic knowledge of hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseStrong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detailPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
